The installers incorrectly installed a washing machine purchased at Home Depot on the 3rd floor of our NEW townhome. The incorrect installation caused water damage to the 2nd-floor ceiling.
After literally MONTHS of trying to communicate with them, they do not return phone calls or emails. It has now been over SIX MONTHS! Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I shouldn't have bought the washing machine at Home Depot at all.
Lesson learned. I've had to get the executive offices of XPO and Home Depot to get the matter resolved.
I've had to pay for the damage repair myself. This is completely unbelievable.
