Received a call at 10:00 pm from this company telling me my delivery was the next day at 3-5. I called to tell them i was working and I could have someone be at the house the following day, so they changed the date.

I have someone at the house waiting, and got a robocall from XPO asking how the delivery went(?) I just finished a 53 minute call with Lowe's customer service. During this time, i found out that the delivery had been cancelled completely and would have to be rescheduled.

So, I have a person at my house for no reason today. Lowe's must have massive buying power - why would they rely on a *** company to make their deliveries?

Product or Service Mentioned: Xpo Logistics Home Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I agree, the WORST delivery company I ever deal. A bunch incompetent personnel.

this will be the last time I will deal with Lowe involving these bozos
