Xpo Logistics - Incompetence and disconnect

There is not enough room here to completely list my complaint. Your driver told me to *** off, he showed up on day one after I had re scheduled and on day of new schedule he didn't show up AT ALL.
Wasted 7 hours. Impossible to get thru to call center. Disconnected several times while on hold.
I am scheduled for delivery today 0930- to whatever. Offending driver is Demitry and it better not be him
Can't help but wonder if a company that uses 'pissed off' on their website cares if a driver tells a customer to *** off

I'm waiting for order from Tesco , was meant to be delivered by 11:50AM yesterday , still not delivered today.Have spent 2h on the phone , not answer there.Shockingly poor XPO Logistics and it is not even peak time !!!!
