I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes. I asked for delivery to be made in the evening.

Sales person stated no problem. I am putting it on invoice.The delivery day I got a call in the morning stating they had been by my house. Shocked and concerned, I rescheduled for after 5pm the next day. They said no problem.

I got a message from Lowes stating the refrigerator had been returned to the store early on the rescheduled day.

Because they tried to deliver it again in the morning and I was not home. Moreover the description they gave of my home was not even my home. I was suppose to have gotten a phone call the night before and did not get one to inform me of the time frame.Then I was told by Lowes I had to discuss it with XPO delivery service rather or not they can do a evening delivery.
