Yesterday, I arranged to have a delivery from tesco of large items . I recieved an email with an ETA.

An hour after that they still werent there.

I contacted the office who said he was close by but over an hour later we were not available. He said he would call the driver, and call me back. He tried to call the driver but couldnt get hold of him, he said he is probably on his break, he didnt. I went back to the delivery address , an hour and a half after the ETA time.

The driver was there, just about to leave.

I said 'your late' he said , well thats news to me.

Appalling service and considering the attitudes calling them back to complain would be futile. I believe Tesco have renewed the contract with them, what a shame for we customers that is.
