Worst carrier ever encounterd! Total mess...

Missed delivery 3 times, including one Sunday window of 9AM to 9PM (yes, 12 hrs window that XPO assigned to me) and with neither delivery nor notice during the 12 horus, totally left me in dark. Their company CSR didn't know anything about the package, including the CSR manager couldn't even contact the local office directly. On the other hand, the local office (I figured out the contact myself) couldn't even find my record. The scheduing is a joke because they never followed it, 3 times, nor did the local office know where the item is when the deliver was missed.

Every time trying to reach XPO took 30 mins or more because they held you for at least 20 mins, and schedueling simply didn't work because they always had problem to locate the item after they missed delievery. Eventually, with the manager not being able to locate the item himself, seller (Amazon) concluded the item is probably lost , so I chose to cancel the order with seller. Then 10 days after it's supposed to be delivered, out of blue I got a call for arranging the 4th delivery. The item was then shipped back to seller out of my request.

Same thing. I only googled "Customer requested appointment to be rescheduled" and got this...XPO Logistics...same one I'm dealing with.

Never calls me back...never even tries. More than a week (so far) with this message. They are lying to Amazon every single day...I never requested rescheduling. They don't deliver!

Then Amazon tells me, the delivery was "rescheduled." Oh , really?

For what day? What time?
