Xpo Logistics - Unprofessional and rude customer service

This is not the first time that XPO lost my shipment, they always come with missing pallets. When I try to make a call to their local office to report the missing pallets of my items.
The lady who picks up the phone is rude, but when the rude lady transfers my call to the person who handles the missing items whose name is Jenna is even more rude. She seems like she doesn't care about her customers and unprofessional at all. If she doesn't want to deal with customers, then why does she work as a customer service agent?
